Puerto Varas, 6 de mayo de 2009.– El Día de la Madre no sólo es especial para ellas. También lo es para toda la familia que quiere que se sienta feliz y celebre como se lo merece. Es por eso que el Casino de Puerto Varas tiene preparado un almuerzo especial y muchas sorpresas para este domingo 10 de mayo.
Para empezar, habrá un rico aperitivo con empanadas de jaiba y champiñón al Edam, seguido de distintas entradas, entre ellas, un salmón ahumado con pétalos de rosa, endibias y berros y unos fondos rellenos de mousse de jamón ahumado.
Entre las alternativas de fondo habrá tres opciones para los adultos. La primera es un lomo vetado albardado con panceta ahumada y salsa de champagne, acompañado de alcachofas y puerros estofados. La segunda alternativa es una corvina escalfada en fum et del mar y salsa de tomates cherry confitados y camarones. Y por último se puede escoger una suprema de ave rellena de espinacas con salsa de centolla al tomillo. Todos estos platos se pueden acompañar de papas kaiser o caponata de verduras del huerto.
Finalmente habrán deliciosos y variados postres, como tiramisú de frutillas, flan de coco y manjar y suspiro sureño, entre otros.
Para los niños habrá un menú creado especialmente para ellos: papas duquesas con lomo asado al gratín y de postre helado de vainilla y choco chips de chocolate, bañado en salsa de caramelo y frambuesa.
El valor para los adultos es de $10.900 por persona y para los niños de $4.500.
